"I can succeed as a Solutions Engineer II at Capital Group."As a Solutions Engineer II you'll build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems through your collaboration in development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion. You have recommendations on how to imagine, develop and launch solutions with transformative power.
As part of the Retirement Plan Services IT team, you'll help with product management, development and delivery for various initiatives and solutions. You will work with application teams, architecture, product owners, business stakeholders, and testing partners to define solutions, solve issues and drive initiatives forward. We're looking for individuals with a nimble and growth mindset, who'll play the role of end-to-end solution owner collaborating with development teams and partners to implement capabilities and features based on the product vision and roadmap.

- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- You have at least 3 years of business systems analyst experience and can perform requirement analysis by understanding the business requirement from Product Owners
- You can analyze and document system requirement including data need, functional, and non-functional requirement, system flows, and impact analysis based on business requirement.
- You can provide system analysis documentation to developers, UX design, and QM for product implementation.
- You can collaborate and review system requirement analysis with Product Manager, Product Owners, and development team to obtain feedback.
- You like to collaborate with UX designer on wireframes design to ensure they meet the system requirement.
- You can collaborate with development team on technical design and solution recommendations.
- You can perform testing to ensure functionalities are implemented accordingly.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
