We are looking for an senior Sophis SME to join us in the Sophis Functional support team
As a Sophis Risk SME, you will primarily work in the Market Risk area and provide additional capacity to a functional support team for the Finastra Sophis package, within the WB Tech FM> Sophis area. You'll work in a multi skilled Sophis Ops squad, using the agile methodology to deliver on the company and business' priorities, from the backlog.
You need a have solid knowledge of financial markets and products and have hands-on experience in implementation of Market Risk user stories, ideally in a Sophis context. You can handle well immediate user-facing interaction with our internal customers as well as working on backlog stories.
You strive towards automation, and you assist in bringing us to full continuous delivery.

Good knowledge of Finastra Capital Fusion
Sophis 6.x Front/Back office, Value at Risk modules
5 years of hands-on experience delivering user stories in Market risk implementation projects, ideally in a Sophis context.
Good knowledge in SQL programming: syntax, objects utilization and optimization (materialized view, table partitioning).
Experience in Sophis processes monitoring (logs analyse, workflow)
Comfortable with Agile and Continuous Delivery practices.
Pro-active, assertive and a good communicator.
Have an excellent written and spoken English! (Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset);
