The Sound Department for Fallout: Miami is responsible for all audio aspects of the game, excluding voice acting. This includes creating original and exciting audio, such as environmental music, radio songs, and sound effects for various in-game assets. The role involves using modern sound design techniques to create audio for creatures, weapons, props, and environmental elements. The ideal candidate will possess strong sound design skills and be proficient in professional audio software and sound recording equipment. They should be able to create dynamic sound effects that complement the game design and effectively communicate within remote teams, providing accurate timeline estimates. Experience with Bethesda’s Creation Kit, specifically audio implementation, is a plus.
