  • EU Special Projects Associate JD: 
    About the Role:
    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated EU Data Special Projects Associate to join our E-commerce Operations team. This role is critical in managing various special projects related to data analysis, reporting, and content creation for European marketplaces. You will leverage your e-commerce experience and Excel proficiency to pull together reports, create and upload A+ content on Amazon, and scrape website data for strategic insights.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze data from various sources to create detailed reports that support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
    A+ Content Creation: Develop, enhance, and upload A+ content on Amazon to improve product listings and customer engagement. Ensure that all content meets Amazon’s guidelines and best practices.
    Website Data Scraping: Utilize data scraping tools and techniques to gather valuable data from websites, providing insights for competitive analysis and market research.
    Excel Proficiency: Use advanced Excel functions to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and actionable manner.
    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Content, Marketing, and E-commerce, to gather necessary information and updates for project execution.
    Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on all data and content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
    Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Qualifications:
    Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on data analysis, content creation, and reporting.
    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis tools).
    Experience with Amazon’s A+ content creation and upload process.
    Familiarity with data scraping tools and techniques.
    Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage and process large volumes of data accurately.
    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
    Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights effectively to various stakeholders.
    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working with European marketplaces, particularly Amazon.
    Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
