About the job

As a Sportsbook CRM Manager you are responsible for planning and delivering CRM strategies across the brand, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty within the market.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for optimizing cooperation between Marketing and CRM teams to create the best offers and campaigns for our sports customers suitable for local markets

• Responsible for the client’s sportsbook sites being updated and maintained through all channels

• Responsible for day-to-day CRM operation of the UK.

• Responsible for competitive bonus and incentive set-ups and monitoring their success towards customers

• Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & performance.

• Proactively look for Ad-Hoc sports campaign opportunities that help maximize the customer experience based on near real-time changes in customer situations. • Monitoring and reporting on competitor behaviour in key markets in order to help stimulate and improve our own product and campaigns

• Assist in evaluating and improve new Sportsbook Product functionality and features

• Assist with promotional content, banner planning, newsletter and other promotional material

• Provide leadership and guidance in terms of best practices and being data driven around our Sportsbook campaigns & marketing.

• Proactively suggest new investigations and analysis to drive growth and optimization of campaigns, marketing and the Sportsbook product

• Assist in improving our ability to target correct segments of clients with all campaigns in order to maximize profitability in a data driven manner.

• Involvement in creating relevant marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity, to generate return on investment and increase customer lifetime value.

• Dedicated to growing a new UK focused Sportsbook. And undertaking any other task or responsibility as required by the Employer from time to time.

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of Sportsbook product and a passion for and knowledge of Sports – must. o Important UK focused sports and tournaments with specific focus on the Premier League.

• Experience with implementing and tracking campaign metrics across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, Push – must.

• Experience in creating customer segmentations & new customer life cycles.

• Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Good working knowledge of HTML – must.

• Proficient user of Excel.

• Ability to understand multiple backend systems and how they work in-sync.

• Ability to work on a tight deadline and under pressure.

• Strong initiative.

• Excellent written and verbal English level, additional native language skills is a significant advantage.

• Responsible, detail oriented, well organized, independent, able to learn quickly, multitasker, great interpersonal skills, team player.
