Job Description

The Sportsbook Manager (LATAM) at Growe is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of sports betting across the Latin American region. Key responsibilities include monitoring betting activity, analyzing competitors' offerings, collaborating with CRM teams, planning revenue metrics, managing regional margins, contributing to trading strategies, maintaining departmental records, creating reports, conducting competitor monitoring, and performing sports research. The role requires strong analytical skills, a revenue-oriented mindset, and experience in iGaming sports (product, trading, or risk). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the target audience's sports interests and be proficient in English.

Must have:

3+ years in similar iGaming role
Understanding of LATAM sports interests
Upper-intermediate English
Strong sports & betting knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Revenue-oriented mindset

Monitor the operational sports betting activity over LATAM Region;
Analise competitors's sport offering in iGaming;
Cooperate with local LATAM CRM teams in frames of sports events popularisation;
Plan sport revenue metrics for each quarter of the year;
Manage regional margin and coverage customization;
Take part in creating trading strategies;
Maintain organized and up-to-date departmental files and records;
Assist in the creation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents;
Manage monthly competitor monitoring (margin + coverage);
Conduct sports research;
Investigate regional sports and betting trends and updates;
Be in charge of sports calendar maintenance;
Analyze sports performance;
Manage cooperation between teams in terms of sports opportunities usage;
Provide internal consultations about sports.

We need your professional experience:

3+ years in a similar role, working in iGaming sports in product, trading or risk areas;
Understanding of the main sports interests of the target audience;
English level upper-intermediate;
Strong knowledge of sports and betting.
