We are building upon our leading US sports brand to grow our Sportsbook Operations group! Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Specialist, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. We’re looking for an analytical thinker with proven skills working across CRM and marketing. You'll be a confident team player and someone who can communicate and articulate themselves in a way others will listen, learn from and take direction from you.
Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking
Work with our Content and Trading teams to ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings
Manage the efficient execution and fulfillment of various promotions and offers.
Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected
Create and deploy communications to players through our CRM systems to ensure awareness and participation in promotions and offers. Ensure that they adhere to channel best practices.
Execute structured segmentation and A/B testing, and lead analysis of results, to maximize business impact and present results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team
Work cross-functionally with various groups including but not limited to Customer Experience, Analytics, Promotions, International Market Development and Trading
Maintain a database of promotions to assist in monitoring and recapping high-value promos.
Work with the team to grow the business. Collaborate, brainstorm, and take ownership of our goals.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or analytical field is preferred but not required.
At least one year in a customer-facing or marketing role.
Well organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
Proven ability to understand the customer and be an advocate.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings. You must have native-level proficiency in English.
You’re a data-driven and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.
Analytical skills and an ability to generate insights from campaign results and use these to inform future plans.
Experience with A/B testing and knowledge/willingness to learn SQL, HTML, and other analytics tools
You should be excited about working with the team to grow the business--you’ll bring energy, ideas, and resilience.
Knowledgeable sports fan with strong written and oral communication skills
Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar
Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 79,200.00 USD - 99,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
