Job Description

Join our team as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer where you will enhance customer experiences and manage sports wagering operations at one of our retail locations. In this role, you'll work with customers to process wager transactions, educate customers about betting options, and monitor betting behavior. You'll manage cash operations and ensure the Sportsbook kiosks are updated and functioning to maintain the functionality and organization of the Sportsbook area.
Must have:
  • Educate and assist customers with sports wagering
  • Conduct in-person wagering transactions expeditiously
  • Update and manage all Sportsbook kiosks
  • Monitor and communicate patron betting behavior
  • Clean and organize the Sportsbook area and restock supplies
  • Adhere to all operational guidelines

Join our team as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer where you will enhance customer experiences and manage sports wagering operations at one of our retail locations. In this role, you'll work with customers to process wager transactions, educate customers about betting options, and monitor betting behavior. You'll manage cash operations and ensure the Sportsbook kiosks are updated and functioning to maintain the functionality and organization of the Sportsbook area.

What You'll Do

  • Educate and assist customers with sports wagering both over the counter and at our kiosks at our retail Sportsbook location.
  • Conduct in-person wagering transactions expeditiously ensuring accurate and timely service for our customers.
  • Update and manage all Sportsbook kiosks throughout the retail location to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Monitor and communicate patron betting behavior.
  • Clean and organize the Sportsbook area and restock supplies.
  • Embody the spirit of advocacy for both our property and brand, you will adhere to all operational guidelines to ensure a seamless and compliant wagering environment.

What You'll Bring

  • A customer-centric approach with the desire to elevate the level of service we provide to players on-site.
  • Ability to answer questions related to sports and sports wagering.
  • Cash management experience with knowledge of state, federal, regulatory, or compliance sectors is preferred.
  • A motivation to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Experience managing multiple external vendor relationships.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts during operating hours of the Retail Sportsbook.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.00 USD - 20.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
