Collaborating closely with leadership and HR, you will help define and build career pathways that foster growth and development for our body repair technicians. Additionally, you will establish and maintain our body repair apprentice programs across Australia and New Zealand and contribute to the development and implementation of certification training programs for our Tesla Approved Body Repair Network. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the skills and expertise of our body repair team, enabling us to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Develop and deliver training programs for body repair technicians, including workshop safety, painting, and panel beating
Travel across Australia and New Zealand to conduct training sessions, workshops, and assessments
Collaborate with leadership and HR to establish career pathways and support the growth and development of body repair apprentices
Set up and maintain our body repair apprentice programs in both Australia and New Zealand
Work with our Tesla Approved Body Repair Network to develop and implement certification training programs
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Tesla's safety and quality standards
Provide coaching and mentoring to body repair technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in body repair technology and techniques
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on body repair and training
