Job Title:- Sr. Design Manager (Creative Art/Visual Art)
Location:- Mumbai
Budget:- 25-30 LPA
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Design Manager with 8-10 years of experience to lead our creative team and shape our brand through innovative design. You will drive our brand identity, ensuring it resonates with Indian millennial moms by delivering compelling visual experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire design process, creating brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into impactful visuals. You will lead campaign shoots, mentor a team of designers, and stay ahead of industry trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools is essential, alongside expertise in branding and visual storytelling.
