How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Sr Designer Local Productions will join the team to be a key player in our digital creative team, elevating the quality of our work while meeting strategic goals.

The Sr Designer Local Productions, possessing extensive knowledge in graphic design, styles, layout techniques, and experience in executing digital projects from conception to production, will be a hands-on team player, delivering high-quality conceptualization and artwork for Disney’s LATAM original productions.

The Sr Designer Local Productions will be responsible for:

• Work on visual identities from concept to final delivery.
• Produce high quality concept art.
• Conceptualize and generate multiple ideas for artworks across multiple consumer touch points.
• High quality digital retouching (beauty and composition).
• Delivery of high-quality artwork for our streaming service.
• Ensure consistency of brand storytelling and creative.
• Be on set, direct talent, oversee technical aspects such as lighting and angles, have proper knowledge of the best practices to post-produce each photo efficiently and ensure all aspects that were previously approved are fully executed to bring our creative vision to life.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• At least 5 years of proven experience working as a Graphic Designer.
• Solid experience in Typography and logo design, including knowledge of fundamental digital design principles that affect typography, composition, color, use of space and hierarchy of information.
• Proficient knowledge with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Passionate on creating excellent design work, motivated to share and learn with your design team, and driven to improve.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and strong time-management skills on tight deadlines.
• Highly collaborative, flexible, and ready to work with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in designing for streaming platforms or working with print media is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English.
• BONUS SKILLS: Illustration and copywriting skills- Knowledge of photography and lighting setups.
