Must have:

  • Good experience with HTL/Sightly templating language and AEM workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGi, JCR).
  • Proficiency in Java for AEM customizations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, and jQuery.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience with UI library and design system integrations specific to AEM.
  • Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and contribute to a transformative digital experience in over 35 different websites. You will be leveraging AEM’s capabilities, including building customized components, templates and deliver an exceptional user experience.

The Team’s Focus –



AEM team today runs 35+ websites for the Marketing team across regions. We closely work with the Marketing teams to deliver top-class user experience on our websites. We collaborate with our stakeholders and ensure that our sites are highly performant while adhering to SEO, accessibilty and other standards. Our team is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality websites while also hosting CaaS for other platforms to consume.

What You'll Bring:

How You Will Contribute Develop and enhance AEM components to modernise the website while adhering to best practices within the AEM framework. Integrate components with third party API calls to incoporate dynamic behaviour. Work with AEM templates, experience fragments, content fragments, HTL/Sightly. Optimise site performance and ensure adherence to SEO and web accessibility standards. Develop and customise workflows, work on integrations using Java, Sling and OSGi. Collaborating with Adobe Engineers. Dispatcher configuration, rewrite rules, debugging, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, DNS and other support teams to deliver a seamless website development/deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM implementations. Integrate with Adobe Target, Analytics and other marketing solutions. What You Will Bring Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of hand-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in building components, sites and working within its ecosystem. Good experience with HTL/Sightly templating language and AEM workflows. Advanced knowledge of AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGi, JCR), content fragments, experience fragments, workflows, and templates. Proven experience AEMaaCS projects, including Dispatcher configuration, and performance tuning. Proficiency in Java for AEM customizations. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, and jQuery with a strong understanding of semantic structure and best practices. Experience with UI library and design system integrations specific to AEM. Proficiency with version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products is a plus.
