Job Requirement
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Art and other functions within the team to identify and develop new features to hit product objectives.
- Create and maintain design documentations including spec documents , configurations, etc.
- Optimise existing features by suggesting improvements based on the player motivation understanding.
- Should have the ability to understand data at a high level and how to leverage it to make better decisions.
- Should be able to explain to the stakeholders about the features they intend to build and collaborate to execution.
- High degree of ownership and self-management.
- Be the voice of the player. Own the fun aspect of the game!
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken (English)
- Past experience with a sizeable F2P game working on feature development and live-ops.
- Candidate should be ready to come to office 5 days a week*.
- Knowledge of basic tools in day to day work (google suite - doc, sheets etc.)
- Knowledge of advanced tools is a plus - past experience in coding, simulations etc.
- Complete an assignment that will be provided during the course of the interview.
