Job Description
The Publishing Div. 2 at KRAFTON is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer marketing for the upcoming game, Subnautica 2. This role involves understanding the game's world and community, collaborating with influencers across various platforms to expand community awareness, and contributing to the growth of the Subnautica 2 player community. The manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies aligned with community-focused growth, identifying and building relationships with global and regional influencers, establishing collaboration processes, analyzing campaign performance, and creating influencer guidelines. They will also collaborate with internal teams and the development studio to maximize campaign synergy.
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields
- Deep understanding of and passion for the gaming industry
- Knowledge and experience with global and regional influencer networks
- Ability to analyze campaign performance with data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of various cultures and markets
- Business-level English speaking and writing skills
- No issues with overseas travel
Good to have:
- Deep understanding of Subnautica or OWSC games
- Experience with global game launch campaigns
- Expertise in various social media platforms
- Experience in creative content production and direction

본 포지션은 Subnautica 2의 인플루언서 마케팅을 이끌 시니어 매니저로서, 게임의 세계관과 커뮤니티를 깊이 이해하고, 다양한 플랫폼에서 영향력 있는 인플루언서와의 협업을 통해 커뮤니티 내 인지도를 확장시켜 Subnautica 2 플레이어 커뮤니티를 키우는데 기여하는 역할을 수행합니다.

- Subnautica 2의 커뮤니티 중심 성장 전략에 부합하는 인플루언서 마케팅 전략 수립 및 실행
- 글로벌 및 지역별로 게임과 잘 맞는 인플루언서 발굴 및 관계 구축을 위한 전략 수립
- 인플루언서와의 협업을 위한 프로세스 수립
- 캠페인 성과 분석 및 보고, 향후 전략 개선을 위한 인사이트 도출
- 내부 팀과 개발 스튜디오와의 협업 을 통한 캠페인 시너지 창출을 위한 협업 구조 구축
- 게임 세계관과 일치하는 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 인플루언서 가이드라인 기획
- 커뮤니티 중심 성장 전략 효과 극대화를 위한 전략적 자원 배분

- 인플루언서 마케팅 또는 인접 분야에서의 7년 이상의 경력
- 게임 산업에 대한 깊은 이해와 열정
- 글로벌 및 지역 인플루언서 네트워크에 대한 지식과 경험
- 데이터 기반의 캠페인 성과 분석 능력
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력
- 다양한 문화와 시장에 대한 이해 및 적응력
- 비즈니스 수준 이상의 영어 말하기 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
