The Job

The Senior Manager, Brand Management and Product Marketing – will work as part of a team developing the brand and product strategy, partnering with development on multi-year product roadmaps, and guiding a global cross-functional organization for our Console and PC business.

The Daily

  • Reporting to the Director, you will be developing brand strategy and executing global go-to-market plans and creative
  • Build and execute brand strategies, target audience, positioning, and franchise key performance indicators to inform go-to-market campaign
  • Support building out a long-term, global, franchise marketing strategy as well as title-specific campaigns and brand/IP development
  • Deeply understand player motivations, preferences, market trends and movements to guide product-market fit and breakthrough go-to-market strategy
  • Provide product / competitive expertise for Development, Marketing, and Publishing teams
  • Manage the creative and go-to-market elements of global game releases
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic and financial goals across multiple global time zones
  • Ensure campaigns are executed with local nuance tailored to each market
  • Analyze and monitor key metrics and user feedback on a real-time basis to determine user trends and behavior
  • Incorporate best practices derived from analysis of in-game data, sales numbers, and financial metrics and communicate key takeaways to management
  • Develop SKU plan strategies that encompass growth initiatives for digital platforms
  • Regularly partner, present, and report to studio leadership and stakeholders on marketing strategies, plans, and findings
  • Liaison with teams across Warner Bros. Discovery (e.g., DC Entertainment, TV, Theatrical, and Consumer Products) and other key partners to develop and execute cross-promotional strategies and programs

The Essentials

  • A business-oriented marketing leader with a proven track record of success and achievement in brand strategy and product marketing
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in marketing roles within the gaming industry
  • Experience and flexibility working as part of a global org across multiple time zones with a particular emphasis on close collaboration with European teams
  • Project Management and coordination across functional groups, studios, and external partners/licensors
  • Experience working with licensors/licensees
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible environment
  • Passion for video games preferred
  • Requires some travel
  • BA/BS degree required

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
