You will manage a budget exceeding $1M monthly, aiming to scale campaigns while meeting ROAS efficiency targets. This role involves continuously testing ads, collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with ad tech teams for automation, and managing a creative strategy team. You will also play a major part in accelerating Quince’s growth.

Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

As (Sr.) Manager, Growth Marketing - Paid Social, you will own new and existing categories for Quince’s media buying strategy on social channels.  This role will play a major part in accelerating Quince’s growth across TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and other platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and drive the paid social strategy on TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
  • Manage a budget of over $1M/mo and scale our campaigns while maintaining our ROAS efficiency targets
  • Continuously test ads featuring new products, creatives, and landing pages, and establish a feedback loop with cross-functional teams to improve ad strategy and supply chain planning
  • Collaborate with other marketing channel leads to ensure that consumer behavior trends are leveraged in other marketing channels
  • Work with ad tech teams to automate reporting and campaign management/optimization tactics
  • Manage creative strategy team, inclusive of creative strategists, video editors, and graphic designers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of relevant paid social marketing experience (Either TikTok, Snap, or Pinterest required; experience with additional channels a plus)
  • Experience working closely with creative teams
  • Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, understand key business drivers and translate insights into actionable and successful strategies and outcomes
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing and changing goals and priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and digital marketing
  • 1+ year of team management experience

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$100,000 - $230,000 USD
