We are seeking a Senior Manager of IT who will be responsible for overseeing our IT operations, ensure robust and secure IT infrastructure, and support the technological needs of our rapidly growing organization. IT plans, set and monitor departmental goals, establish team workflows, choose technology to invest in, and facilitate collaboration across the organization.

This role will manage a diverse computing environment that includes both Windows and Mac laptops, network security, identity management, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead IT strategies that support our expansion.

Should collaborate with CTO and senior leaders with the in-time updates and communication.

• Technology - Mandate Certification: Google Workspace Admin certified and Microsoft Azure Administrator Certified is a plus.
• ITIL v3 Certified | Fully Technology Process Driven.

Developing IT strategy: Working with senior management to develop and execute IT strategies that support business growth

Leading IT projects: Oversee IT Ops Services and Projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Managing IT teams: Leading and developing IT teams, and fostering a culture of high performance

Developing and managing IT budgets, and optimizing resource allocation

Managing technology adoption: Fostering a culture of continuous learning and technology adaptation

Managing employee performance: Overseeing employee performance, and providing guidance to underperforming employees

Staying up to date: Staying up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements

IT Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of systems and services across the organization.

- Strong working knowledge of Windows & MAC OS Devices ensuring Service compatibility, Security & Performance.

- IT Service Operations of Windows & MAC OS, VPNs, Google Workspace Services, Secure Remote Access Solutions, Entry Level Active Directory Support, Multi-Factor Authentication – MFAs, Software & Hardware Support, Drive Encryption Support, Network Support, Cloud Services, Asset Management, Drive Data Encryption & Controls.

Network & Security | Systems & Cloud:

- Administer and optimize Azure Active Directory for identity and access management, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication.

- Manage Google Workspace for company-wide email, collaboration, and cloud storage, aligning the platform with business needs.

- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security protocols.

- IT Physical & Cloud Infra Gear – Strong understanding of Firewalls, VPNs, Switches, Servers, and GCP Cloud.

- Network Support Operations, Hardware Support, Intranet Services – AD, DHCP, Print, File, Network & Server Upgrades, Google Workspace, Azure Active Directory & IAM, Company-wide email – Google, Cloud Storage, SharePoint, Access Control System.

- Strong knowledge of Vulnerability & Assessment and Remediation.

- Thorough knowledge of Application Updates and Patch Upgrade Management.

- Exposure to Cyber-Security tools like Metasploit, Penetration Testing Tools etc.

Cyber-Security & Compliance:

- Conduct regular IT ISO Audits Internal/External, SOC2 Audits, and Risk Assessments and share recommendations and improvements.

- Analyzing Risk & Compliance Operational Data, Policy Development, Develop Strategies for Risk Management.

- Thorough understanding of Data Backup Strategies and Disaster Recovery to ensure Business Continuity(BCP).

- VAPT Checks

IT infrastructure Scaling:

- Thorough understanding of analysis and scaling implementation when required.

- Assess the Current State of Infra Vs Automation of the Scaling.

- Smart in Optimizing the On-Premise & Cloud Infra.

- Ensure High Availability(HA) and Redundancy.

Vendor & Asset Management:

- Best collaborator and Maintain Good Relationship with Stakeholders, Vendors and Service Providers

- Should have strong negotiation skills on procurements and Contracts. Define the SLAs to ensure the Optimal Performance.
