Job Description

Codeway is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist (Web) to redefine their performance marketing. This role requires a versatile individual comfortable with data analysis, creative development, and managing global network relationships. Responsibilities include 360° ownership of a web product's marketing, managing the creative pipeline, optimizing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), building partner relationships, creating BI dashboards, collaborating with the product team, and implementing growth-hacking techniques. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and mobile measurement partners.

POSITION

At Codeway, we're redefining the performance marketing role. Here, you won't just analyze data and optimize campaigns; you'll also participate in creative discussions, manage global network relationships, and contribute to strategic decisions that shape Codeway’s future vision.

So, the ideal candidate is an exceptional all-rounder: good with people, comfortable with data, a self-starter who’s not afraid of failing, capable of generating creative ad ideas, and deeply curious about all aspects of growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

·      Claim 360 ownership of a web product's marketing & execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies.

·      Manage the Creative Pipeline: Develop and test creatives: come up with ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback.

·      Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other networks.

·      Build meaningful relationships with external partners and agencies, and manage collaborations with ad networks such as Google Dublin, Meta London, TikTok Dubai teams.

·      Build and monitor BI dashboards for insights, and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.

·      Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.

·      Take additional responsibilities to grow your product: Get creative, think beyond performance marketing, and apply out-of-the-box growth-hacking techniques.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

·      2+ years of performance marketing experience.

·      Hands on experience on campaign management in Google Ads(Search, Display, Youtube etc), Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, RTB etc.

·      Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4 etc.), mobile measurement partners (Adjust and/or Appsflyer).

·      Knowledge in user attribution and conversion tracking across diverse channels.

·      Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong command of written and verbal English.

·      Understanding of big data environment (preferably BigQuery) is a plus.

·      Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
