Job Summary

Job Description

The job purpose is to provide professional services to patients and customers through professional visits and academic seminars, convey brand information, and maintain brand reputation to achieve the company's overall business goals. Key responsibilities include professional visits and academic seminars in target hospitals in the designated area. The specialist must develop healthy working relationships with local hospital clients, actively participate in learning professional skills and knowledge, understand and collect information on disease diagnosis and brand usage, submit reports as required, understand hospital management procedures and drug management processes, participate in company meetings, share promotion experience, and implement SFA projects. The specialist must also ensure that all activities comply with company policies, laws and regulations, and complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Must have:
  • One year of work experience in the pharmaceutical field.
  • Familiar with the company's products and related pharmaceutical policies.
  • Knowledge of hospital sales channels and operation.
  • Proficient in computer operations and office software.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, or biology is preferred.
  • Good English speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills.

在指定区域的目标医院中进行专业拜访和学术研讨活动,并达到公司要求。同当地医院的客户发展健康的工作关系并使其达到最佳化。 主动参与专业技能及知识的学习,并达到公司要求。同时能有效地运用上述技能及知识于日常学术推广活动中。 及时了解并收集客户疾病诊疗及品牌使用信息。 按要求准时并如实地递交各种报表。 负责了解所辖区域内医院的基本管理程序和药品管理流程/用药情况,建立、健全并及时更新医院档案。 积极参与公司的各种业务会议及团队建设。与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息,协助主管实现团队目标。 通过积极参与SFA项目的实施,按要求及时准确录入相关信息(拜访、覆盖率、会议、客户拜访及医学信息提供的质量等),协助主管或经理确保系统的有效运作,并能够在数量及质量上得到检查及评估。 协助主管/经理确保每个品牌的学术研讨活动与市场发展策略紧密相连。 执行主管/经理制定的地区业务计划,制定并不断改进指定区域的业务计划。 确保所有承担的活动完全符合公司的政策及质量标准,符合中华人民共和国的法律法规及其他相关的行为准则。 符合葛兰素史克全球质量政策及全球质量方针。 完成上级要求的各项任务。

  • 文化程度(学历/专业)

学士学位,医学、药学、生物学背景等尤佳

  • 任职经验

至少一年工作经验,医药专业拜访领域尤佳

  • 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :

- 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关医药政策法规

- 掌握医院销售渠道的工作环节、运作特点

- 了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理的知识

  • 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:

- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes等

- 良好的英语听说读写译能力
