RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Director of Productions.
- Create and implement the organization’s brand design look and feel and establish consistency across all platforms including gameday, digital, marketing and broadcast.
- Assist in developing concepts, storyboarding and pre-production.
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team on motion graphic projects.
- Create impactful interstitials and prompts to be used on gamedays.
- Creates unique content on social media and digital owned-and-operated platforms.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to maximize revenue generation via paid social ads.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Creative Services to plan, concept, and create the organization’s brand aesthetic for each season.
- Strong ability to integrate 3D elements into motion graphic productions.
- Create compelling motion graphics and infographics and help maintain quality and consistency.
- Help manage content used by gameday operators throughout the control room.
- Helps with finishing edited productions (effects).
- Assists with conceptual and storytelling productions.
- Continuously looks for new and innovative ways to create new fan experience content.
- Fill a control room role on Bengals gameday; Ross Xpression.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Will periodically be required to lift and carry production equipment totaling 50-75 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of professional motion graphics experience with a sports organization including.
- Open to feedback and has strong collaboration skills
- Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, etc...
- Experience with Ross Xpression.
- Must be proficient with control room standards and best practices.
- Proven ability to execute projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrate strong creative skills that can be applied to TV, digital, and gameday production
- Experience with Iconik or similar MAM
- Must be a team player, willing and able to learn new concepts and processes, and willing to travel for shoots when necessary
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, as well as all Bengals games, home and away
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a professional or power-five college sports organization
