As a Sr. Presales System Engineer, you will participate in customer meetings to understand their needs and identify opportunities for Forescout solutions. You will travel locally within the Sao Paulo, Brazil territory, represent Forescout at conferences, engage with partners, and visit customers on-site. You will also maintain expertise in all areas of the Forescout platform, provide technical presentations and solution demos, develop Proof-of-Concept (POC) test configurations, and implement the designed POC with the customer. You will also work cross-functionally with product and customer success organizations. The role requires you to be motivated to work with networking technologies, enjoy hands-on testing and customer interaction, and work with distributed teams.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience with 10+ years of experience
- Excellent presentation, writing skills and customer awareness skills
- Experience working collaboratively with distributed teams
- Ambitious learner with strong customer focus and quality
- Motivated to work with networking technologies
- Experience in providing optimum user experience
- Thrives in a high-paced, changing work environment
- Flexible and desire to take on additional responsibilities
- Multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

What You Will Do
Forescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Sr. Presales System Engineer to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. As the Sr. Presales System Engineer, you will:
- Participate in customer meetings and discussions to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to enhance Forescout solutions.
- Travel locally within the San Paulo, Brazil territory to represent Forescout at conferences, engage with partners, and visit customers on-site
- Maintain expertise in all areas of the Forescout platform through technical training
- Clearly articulate the benefits of the Forescout Platform and its many use cases and provide technical presentations and solution demos to prospective customers
- Develop Proof-of-Concept (POC) test configurations based upon requirements agreed upon with the prospect and prove out the solution within the customer environment.
- Implement the designed POC with the customer by managing time, responding to configuration adjustments, and resolving any issues or questions that may arise during the testing period.
- Work cross functionally with product and customer success organizations to ensure your customers’ voice is heard
- Be motivated and eager to work with networking technologies. Enjoy hands-on testing and customer interaction
- Work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner
- Have fun working with some of Forescout’s largest customers
