Sr. Product Manager, IS&T Ai & Data Platforms

In this role you will define, build, launch, and land the next-generation of Gen AI inferences for Apple Enterprise Teams. Own the product strategy, roadmap, product experience, and performance. Research best in class industry approaches to help deliver a world class platform and experience. Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with executives, managers, and technologists We work with Apple Enterprise Teams to articulate customer user journeys, use-cases, and their workflows for Gen AI inferences, their pain points and how Gen AI can address their constraints. Understand the technical problems and dependencies, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and deliver a product experience. Partner closely with Engineering to bring the Gen AI products to market, land it with customers, define and measure success, and bring back learnings to the feature teams to set the product strategy and priorities. Track product performance via KPIs to understand usage, accuracy, and performance.
