Strong experience in IT or software development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Agile methodologies, and cloud migration is required.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing complex and high-profile projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, develop project plans, and drive project execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage highly visible and high-impact projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies
Effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including regular project updates and status reports
Identify and manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution
Ensure effective collaboration and communication among project team members and stakeholders
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Manage and track project budgets, financials, and resource allocations
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, best practices, and organizational standards
Drive continuous process improvement and champion the adoption of project management tools and technologies

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development
In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with cloud migration tools and methodologies
Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and networking concepts
Understanding of containerization and serverless technologies
Experience with Agile and Iterative project management methodologies
In depth knowledge of SharePoint and migrating it from hosted datacenter to cloud solution
