Job Summary
The Sr. QTC Analyst will be responsible for the technical delivery and solutions in the integration points during the quote to the cash life cycle. This person must be both a functional and technical leader with sound knowledge and understanding of QtC (Quote-to-Cash) and integration processes and sub-processes within SAP ERP. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP CS system design and configuration. As such, the role works cross-functionally and globally to enable commercial channel performance (sales, revenue, cost) through the ongoing management and support of the CS process and its integration.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Execution : The Sr. QTC Analyst will participate and drive certain execution activities, including but not limited to:
- Projects – drive strong execution on key projects from a functional perspective, ensuring that timelines, milestones and toll gates are met; own your portion of the project budget and ensure coming in on target or escalating if budgetary issues arise.
- Production Support – drive resolution of open I/C/R from a technical perspective; working with Director of Production support on escalations to analyse root cause and respond to business needs for integration.
- Communication – ensure effective communication on cross-functional items within IT and communication to the business in partnership with director-level team members.
- Knowledge Base – Work with functional teams to ensure knowledge articles are being created to help streamline support of our integration with our quote to Cash and commercial internal and external systems.
- Third Party – provide oversight of third parties that are conducting functional work within the SPX Flow estate
- Strategic / Governance : The Sr QTC Analyst will participate and drive certain strategic / governance activities, including but not limited to:
- Establish standard meetings to manage the execution elements of the position noted above
- Constant review of current governance/process to ensure efficiency and focus on business needs (leverage A3 process to resolve issues)
- Partner with the Application Architecture team and global process owner teams and act as internal consultant/analyst for SAP SD/CS
- Translate and influence business and functional solution requirements for integration in the area of Quote-to-Cash integration with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with representatives of other SAP and Front Office functions that integrate with SAP to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
- Support identifying opportunities to standardise processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementations to these standards.
- Ensure QTCs /CS integration to internal and external are considered and addressed in a S/4 Hana environment.
- Reporting : The Lead SD/CS analyst will participate and drive specific reporting and metrics activities, including but not limited to:
- Drive standards across CS and Quote to Cash integration to ensure alignment with expected SPX Flow standards.
- Document and standardise the global template for the QTC integration in CS and other related areas.
- Managerial : The Lead SD/CS analyst will participate in and drive certain management activities, including but not limited to:
- Cross Functional – the most essential element is communicating with Sr. Managers / Managers / Employees on all the above items.
- Oversight and management of any third-party resources, including contract review and approval, financial oversight, performance feedback and other vendor mgt activities not explicitly stated.
- Proactive and intentional stakeholder management, either through the above structure or informal means on par with your level.
- All duties as directed or modified, and o ther tasks as deemed necessary.
- Customer Focus: Success in facilitation with business leaders, process owners, technical resources, and IT leaders.

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering, IT, Commerce or a related field or the recognised equivalent in work experience.
- Strong understanding of integration.
- 8+ years of technical and functional experience in SD and CS (desirable).
