About the Role

As Sr. SDE for Python Automation in XMS squads you will:

• Collaborate with Product managers, Product owner, Scrum team members to define test and automation strategy, release process
• Develop effective test strategies and test plans to ensure quality of ClickShare product portfolio
• Contribute to automation framework and automate test cases
• Understanding, driving, and optimizing testing and release processes for product
• Give assistance in case of field issues, reproduction and root cause analysis
• Responsible for delivering a quality product release
• Perform system, regression, and performance testing to ensure delivery of high-quality system
• Learn from and guide team members technically to produce high quality products
• Collaborate with teams across the globe
