Job Description

As a Sr. Store Sales Supervisor, you will manage and guide store sales representatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your main goals are to achieve store sales targets and optimize store operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, training and guiding sales representatives, maintaining customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, collecting market feedback, collaborating across departments, and preparing reports. You will manage a team of 7-10 sales representatives and assist in budget control. You will be involved in the execution of sales plans, management of in-store promotions, and customer service. You will also be involved in the decision-making related to the execution of store sales strategies and resource allocation, impacting store sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or sales management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good to have:
  • Experience in store management is preferred.
  • English communication skills are preferred.

培训与指导: 对门店销售代表进行培训与指导,提升其销售技能和产品知识,以增强团队整体销售能力。

维护客户关系: 建立和维护与门店客户的良好关系,提供优质服务以提高客户满意度和忠诚度。

实施销售策略: 根据市场需求和公司战略,实施具体的门店销售计划和促销活动,以推动销售增长。

市场反馈收集: 定期收集市场和客户反馈,分析销售数据,及时调整销售策略以应对市场变化。

跨部门协作: 与市场、产品及库存管理团队密切合作,确保资源整合和信息共享,以优化门店运营。

编制报告: 准备并提交门店销售报告,定期向地区销售经理汇报销售进展、市场动态及问题解决方案,以支持决策。

责任范围

  • 人员管理:7-10个门店的销售代表
  • 预算控制: 协助负责门店相关项目的预算制定与控制,确保资金使用高效合理。
  • 工作领域: 涉及各类销售计划的执行、门店促销活动和客户服务的管理。
  • 决策范围和影响程度: 涉及门店销售策略执行和资源分配,影响门店销售业绩及客户满意度。

任职条件:

  • 文化程度: 本科及以上学历
  • 任职经验: 3年以上零售或销售管理经验,有门店管理经验者优先
  • 专业知识/技能: 具备良好的销售策略制定能力和团队管理经验
  • 计算机及外语水平: 熟练使用Office操作软件,尤其是Excel,有英语沟通能力者优先

复杂性:

  • 工作中的不定因素: 市场趋势变化、客户需求波动可能导致门店销售计划需要调整
  • 需要复杂分析的情况: 在涉及库存管理、门店业绩不达标时需进行深度数据分析
