Must have solutioning mindset meaning should be able to understand the drivers, goals, constraints, assess trade-offs and come up with a workable solution which will suit the project and enterprise needs. Must have worked in RFP and done Technical Solution with assessments on Technology options, pros and cons of various solutions for a given problem Inclination to learn and implement new tools and services in Client Landscape Support and Maintenance process knowledge (Applications and Infra) Knowledge in L2 and L3 tasks. (Apps and Infra) Knowledge of application development and environment setup Knowledge of deployment, monitoring and automation GO, Perl, Python, Powershell, Unix Shell & PHP (at least one of them) Knowledge on Observability metrics on SLO/SLI, MTTR, RTO,RPO, logs/traces/events, Golden Signals, et al., SRE understanding in general (Performance, Scalability, Resilience, High Availability Patterns, DR/OR patterns, Observability et al.,) Monitoring tools knowledge like - Splunk, AppD, Dynatrace, Grafana, BMC, ELK etc., (at least one of them) Working knowledge of application servers - weblogic, websphere, JBOSS, Apache, Tomcat, NGINX, etc., (at least one of them) Understanding of DevOps: CI/CD Processes, pipelines, check-in/check out processes, Validation: Unit/System Testing, UAT, Performance/Load and Integration testing. Working knowledge in at least one of the CI/CD tools - Bamboo, Jenkins, Spinaker, Travis CI, TeamCity, etc., Knowledge in Service management tools like service now. Working experience in Service management and ticket handling tools Exposure to ITIL standards Must have experience in delivering deployable an testable engineering solutions for problems in an enterprise. Working knowledge in Agile processes and methodology - estimation, sprints, backlogs, post mortem analysis, etc., (as A beginner) Working knowledge in scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys, etc., (for beginner) Knowledge in Infrastructure as a Code with working knowledge in at least one of the infrastructure automation tools like - Chef, Ansible or Puppet. • Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs
• Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture
• Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutions
• Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus
• Good understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisite
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
