About The Team
You will be part of the core team handling the Talent Acquisition product line, which is the flagship product of Eightfold. Technical contributions will span across the entire tech stack and will help in adding exciting new capabilities to the product and handle customer facing requests. What You’ll Do
Responsible for owning a broad problem space, designing solutions & executing the implementation.
Act as a technical lead & mentor the team members.
Code and design review
Design and Develop robust, scalable, and configurable server-side applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.
Work cross-functionally with PM, design, and engineering team to come up with a solution, and roadmap and execute on delivering it.
Build for customization and generalization powered by configuration management.
Improve code coverage and drive up the automated unit and selenium testing.
Develop and improve internal tools for effective administration, monitoring, and altering.
What We Need
A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals
10+ years of experience in back-end development.
Experience working in distributed systems, microservices, and highly scalable backend systems.
Passionate about coding, designing, building, launching, and maintaining products
Cares About The Details In The User Experience
Ability to develop software/code in one mainstream programming language (brownie points if you know Python)
Communicates and collaborates effectively across teams
Self-starter
