This is where you and your skills come in. As a Product Designer for our RingCX Contact Center product, you will be involved in our design processes and the creation of innovative new features that will take our product to the next level. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with other designers, product managers, and engineers.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and user research findings.
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- A proven track record of designing user friendly interfaces for complex systems
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects, engaging with all levels of the organization with a strong point of view that is open to feedback and ideas from others.
- You consider yourself a Figma ninja, or are an expert in Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Thorough knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices
- A passion for design and innovation, and an understanding that culture is the foundation of success in UX.
- You show proficiency across every stage of the design process, from gathering requirements to delivering visually engaging and delightful experiences.
- You partner with PM and Engineering on defining scope and delivering minimum lovable experiences to iterate and continually improve the experience, based on feedback from customers/users.
- Communication: Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as needed. You are a storyteller - you define the problem, help the audience empathize with the personas, and present solutions that hit on those problem spaces.
- Self-driven, passionate, and curious with a love for staying connected with partners.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in HCI, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred).
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software companies designing complex user experiences
- Experience working closely with Agile development teams and ensuring code is built to spec
- Availability to work early mornings/late evenings to accommodate colleagues in various time zones
- A detailed portfolio of design work that outlines your specific role, decisions, and challenges for at least two large projects
Exceptional candidates will have:
- Experience designing SaaS products for a B2B company
- Experience in the Contact Center industry
- Experience working on global and remote teams.
