Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 3 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered feature development and productization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working collaboratively on projects and with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead technically a team of engineers by prototyping solutions, researching and oversee technical excellence.
- Build AI/ML solutions and tools into development workflows and platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs to support AI-powered features.
- Evaluate AI models by designing and utilizing custom evaluation sets focused on quality, coherence, and safety assessment.
- Contribute to the development of tools and infrastructure that lower the barrier to entry for AI/ML development within the organization.
