We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced recruiting team. In this contract role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions across Product, Design, and Engineering. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting, building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and enhancing the employer brand.

About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced recruiting team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions across Product, Design, and Engineering, playing a key role in driving our company’s growth and success.

Note: This is a contract role, with potential to convert to a permanent position depending on business needs and individual performance.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer, delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build candidate pipelines: Proactively source and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for senior-level roles across Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Interview & negotiate: Conduct interviews, keep candidates updated, and negotiate offers to close top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand priorities, shape recruiting strategies, and build strong interview processes.
  • Develop sourcing strategies: Use creative and data-driven approaches to attract high-quality Product, Design, and Engineering candidates.
  • Enhance employer brand: Contribute to recruitment marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen visibility and attract top-tier talent.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of Product, Design & Engineering hiring experience: Proven track record of recruiting across Product Management, Design, and Software Engineering.
  • 3+ years hiring senior-level talent: Experience recruiting for leadership and Staff+ roles across these functions.
  • 5+ years sourcing experience: Strong ability to proactively build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Thrives in ambiguity: Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in hyper-growth: Skilled at scaling teams quickly in high-growth companies.
  • Strong attention to detail: Organized and meticulous, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • ATS expertise: Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools to drive efficiency and collaboration.

This role is a contract position and will receive a competitive hourly rate. The hourly compensation for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

65 - 95 USD per hour (Tier 1)
