Job Description

Coordinate, integrate and supervise all the show and event elements including performers, technicians, costuming, cosmetology and maintenance for special events. Liaise with internal and external partners to manage all Entertainment projects from concept development to the implementation stage. Call shows as Stage Manager at special events. Coordinate various show maintenance activities such as brush-up rehearsals, scenic touch-ups, lighting and audio calls etc. Manage day-to-day schedules, time sheets, work orders and requisitions. Create show cue scripts and call show cues.

Must have:

Diploma or above in performing arts, technical theatre
Min. of 4 years of working experience in stage event or production management
Knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspect of project management
Liaising among different business users and vendors
Good knowledge of lighting, audio, SFX, scenic and stage set-up systems
Fluent in both English and Chinese
