Job Description

GAMINHO is seeking an intern QA / Game Tester & Customer Support to work on their current and upcoming mobile games. Responsibilities include QA testing with bug reporting and tracking, test plan updates and execution, QA development involving creating test tools and unit tests, technical performance audits, build management, and SDK updates. Additionally, the role involves customer support by managing and relaying player feedback, and contributing to UI/UX by providing feedback to the development team on game features and prototypes.

GAMINHO recherche un(e) stagiaire QA / Game Tester & Customer Support pour travailler sur ses jeux mobile, actuels et à venir!

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS :

En collaboration directe avec le Producer et l'équipe de développement, vous interviendrez sur quatre axes :
  • Tests QA : report et suivi des bugs, mise à jour et exécution des plans des tests,
  • Développement QA : création d'outils de test et de tests unitaires, audit et suivi des performances techniques de nos applications, build, mise à jour de SDKs...
  • Support Client : gestion et remontée des retours des joueurs
  • UI/UX : retours à l'équipe de développement sur les fonctionnalités de jeu et prototypes
