Job Summary
Job Description
This 6-month part-time internship at Stove Indie, a Smilegate Group company, involves supporting the commerce exhibition and operation of their digital games. Responsibilities include managing main exhibition categories, assisting with product launches, managing social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), supporting event operations (managing winners, handling prizes and shipping), and providing basic customer service. The role requires basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Excel, along with an interest in digital content and social media trends. Experience in data visualization, BI tools, social media/video platform management, content creation, and logistics/shipping is preferred.
Must have:
- Manage Stove Indie's main exhibition categories
- Support product launch registration
- Manage social media content and track performance
- Assist with event operations (prize handling, shipping)
- Basic customer service support
- Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Excel (basic)
Good to have:
- Data visualization and BI tool experience
- Social media/video platform management experience
- Content creation experience
- Logistics/shipping experience

- 상품 론칭 관련 등록 업무 지원
2) SNS 콘텐츠 게시물 관리
- 페이스북, 트위터, 인스타그램 등 콘텐츠 게재 및 트랙킹 지표 관리 보조
- 상품 론칭 관련 유튜브 트레일러 콘텐츠 게재
3) 이벤트 및 프로모션 보조 운영
- 이벤트 당첨자 관리
- 경품/사은품 관련 업무 지원 (포장 및 배송)
- CS 처리 업무
자격요건
- 경력 무관
- SNS 채널 및 관련 트렌드에 관심이 많은 자
- 게임이나 웹툰, 웹소설 등 각종 디지털 콘텐츠에 관심이 많은 자
필요역량
- 포토샵, 일러스트 등 디자인툴 사용 스킬 (초급)
- MS Office Excel 사용 역량 (초급)
우대사항
- 데이터 시각화 및 BI툴 운영 스킬
- SNS 채널 및 동영상 플랫폼 운영 경험 및 콘텐츠 제작 경험 보유자
- 물류/배송 관련 업무 경험자
