Job Description

ByteDance seeks a Strategic Monetization Lead in the Philippines to partner with leadership in executing go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights, collaborating across teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships), and strengthening strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial acumen, experience in digital advertising or a related field, and proven success in revenue generation and pipeline optimization. Leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis expertise are essential. The role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About Us Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions.We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation. Responsibilities - Market Strategy & Growth: Partner with the GM and leadership teams to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, aligning business objectives with growth opportunities. - Sales Enablement & Performance Optimization: Identify and execute data-driven sales initiatives, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and go-to-market execution. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional and Philippines team(Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships) to align business priorities and execute revenue-driving initiatives. - Revenue Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to scale performance through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. - Partnership Enablement: Strengthen strategic partnerships by working with both internal and external stakeholders to drive long-term value. - Leadership & Team Development: Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, supporting decision-making, business reviews, and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Experience in sales strategy, commercial leadership, or business growth in tech, media, digital advertising, or a related field. - Proven track record in driving revenue growth, sales forecasting, and pipeline optimization. - Strong commercial acumen and experience working with advertisers, agencies, and sales teams to scale business impact. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure sales performance and optimize strategy. - Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and executive leadership. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Advertising, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in digital media, ad tech, or platform sales, with a strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem. - Background in market expansion, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales enablement. - Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead through change, and drive execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
