Strategic Planning Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves strategic planning and execution for the global distribution and service of Smilegate's game titles. Responsibilities include developing company-wide business strategies and plans, setting and managing KPIs, conducting market research and analysis, and preparing reports for management. The ideal candidate possesses 8-12 years of relevant experience in strategic/management planning within a company's strategic planning or management planning team, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven experience creating management reports. The position requires a high level of proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
Must have:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience

- Experience in a strategic planning or management planning team
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- English proficiency
- Experience in major IT/game/entertainment companies
- Experience in large corporations
