Job Description

As a Mandiant Strategic Security Consultant, you'll lead and support projects assessing, testing, and building client security programs. You'll work with teams of 2-5 colleagues on clients ranging from startups to large enterprises. Responsibilities include developing security roadmaps, identifying cloud security best practices (DevSecOps, Zero Trust), performing security configuration reviews for SaaS platforms, and advising clients on risk management. You will guide clients on best practices and help them manage risks within their security programs. Experience in public sector threat mitigation, incident response, and cloud security is crucial. Fluency in English and French is required for client management in France.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
2+ years assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions
2+ years delivering cyber outcomes and mitigating public sector threats
Experience with cloud security architecture, governance, and standards
Fluency in English and French

Good to have:

Experience optimizing security operations
Incident response expertise
Pen testing, GRC, vulnerability management experience
Familiarity with French critical infrastructure (OT/IT)
DevSecOps, Zero Trust design experience

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions and programs across security domains.
2 years of experience delivering cyber outcomes, identifying risks, and devising solutions to combat public sector focused threats.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in optimizing security operations.
Experience in evaluating and enhancing incident response capabilities.
Experience in the following: cyber security operations, incident monitoring, detection and response, security incident management, pen testing, governance regulations and compliance (GRC), vulnerability and patch management, disaster recovery, cloud security, risk management.
Familiarity with critical infrastructure in France, including experience in OT and IT security consulting.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with an international team of consultants.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

As a Mandiant Strategic Security Consultant, you will lead and support projects on behalf of clients that assess, test, or build their security programs. Project teams may range from 2 to 5 colleagues. Clients will range from start-up companies looking to supplement their security team to companies that need fresh ideas to enhance their perspective on the security program. You will provide guidance and advice to our client on best practices and managing the risks for their security program.
