Must have:
3+ years procurement experience (FMCG, DIY, or IT)

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager (Facility Management)
Our company is seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to develop and optimize our supplier base for the Facility Management category, ensuring the best terms of cooperation
Tasks
Processing procurement requests for the Facility Management category (leasing, maintenance, and office operations) and Office Support (renovations, refurbishments), including market analysis, sourcing new contractors, or working with existing suppliers, as well as cost estimate analysis.
Negotiating financial terms with contractors in English.
Managing the process of drafting and executing contractual agreements with partners.
Monitoring invoice payments.
Working with procurement analytics and reporting.
Evaluating opportunities to optimize financial terms of collaboration based on spend analysis of the category.
Collaborating with other company departments on cross-functional matters.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in procurement within FMCG, DIY, or IT industries, specifically in Office & Facility Management categories (experience in MICE categories is a plus).
Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, from request to delivery (S2P).
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best commercial terms for the company.
Ability to analyze cost estimates, work with unit prices, and assess project scopes.
Familiarity with pricing structure models such as TCO, Benchmarking, and Should-costing.
Proficiency in preparing analytics and reports for assigned procurement categories and evaluating commercial offers.
Proactivity, project management skills, and a track record of proposing and implementing improvements.
Knowledge of basic civil and administrative laws related to procurement.
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
