The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations Lead for India will be responsible for developing and executing annual plans, ensuring successful progress through OKR setting and QBRs. This role requires conducting opportunity sizing and strategic deep dives, developing competitive intelligence and insights to drive customer centricity, and establishing strong business cadences for strategic priorities and operational best practices. Key responsibilities include leading policy and cross-functional engagements, providing thought partnership to Large Customer Sales teams, and shaping the future of the GTM strategy in India. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory is essential.
