The Strategy and Operations Lead at gTech Ads Solutions will define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, conduct business analysis, and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will enable critical business decisions, drive strategic initiatives (including global priorities), provide oversight to standalone initiatives, remove roadblocks, and resolve conflicts. The team supports Google Ads customers, offering services ranging from self-help tools to complex technical solutions. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve products and enhance client experience, ensuring customers achieve maximum ROI.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in consulting, software, Internet, media industries, or early stage companies

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies
  • Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive conversations, written and verbal, both internal and external
  • Experience in thriving in ambiguity and driving strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, including strong executive presence
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving/analysis, written/verbal communication and people skills, including domain expertise in operations, customer solutions, and Internet/online media

We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions teams, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
  • Partner with gTech Ads Solutions leadership in end-to-end driving of strategic initiatives (including global priorities).
  • Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
