Responsibilities Plan, execute, and implement Global Programs aimed at continuously improving and transforming Global Business Marketing (GBM). Provide cross-functional direction and leadership through guidance, analysis, and advice on key strategic decisions. Accelerate the development of new markets/team injecting global best practices, supporting day-to-day operations, and assisting in hiring/onboarding. Design scalable ways of working and supporting internal marketing operations/processes that provide role clarity, promote knowledge sharing, reduce duplication, and deliver executive oversight. Guide the department’s transformation from current to future state, driving global activities that enable GBM to act as a unified network. Construct models to evaluate Business Marketing's effectiveness through measurable KPIs and actionable insights. Drive fact-based decision making by analyzing the challenges & opportunities of key business initiatives. Build shared resources helping the team be more efficient and effective. Participate in various training programs to support Business Marketing partners, building effective cross-functional relationships.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans for marketing operations that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance; and Designing scalable workflows and processes for role clarity, knowledge sharing and executive oversight. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Leading strategic projects, managing resources, mitigating risk and formulating recommendations to address challenges in a company’s global marketing operations; and Boosting team efficiency by creating, maintaining and supporting internal marketing systems and tools that streamline critical tasks. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $170373 - $211112 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
