Job Summary
As a Strategy Manager at BytePlus, a division of ByteDance, you will collaborate with product and sales teams to conduct strategic analysis, identifying tech trends, monitoring industry developments, and analyzing competitor actions. You'll work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to build consensus on analysis and prepare recommendations, creating action plans that tie strategy to operations. Responsibilities include identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders. BytePlus helps enterprise clients leverage ByteDance's technologies to build innovative products and solutions.
