You can help us to achieve our mission. - Work closely with product and sales teams to conduct strategic analysis, including identifying cutting edge tech trends, monitoring key industry developments and competitor moves; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, R&D) and cross different regions (SEA,Japan&Korea, Europe, Middle East) to build consensus on analysis results and prepare recommendations; - Create action plans that tie strategy recommendations to operational implications; - Own the identification of information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to team members and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications - Strong structuring and analytical skills to be able to digest complex information and present them in a clear, understandable manner to senior management. - At least 3-5 years working experience in top-tier consulting firm, private equity, or technology company (e.g., Cloud, SaaS industries) ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
