Job Description

Develop and execute marketing campaign strategies for both product and marketing areas, collaborating with multiple game teams and partners to drive project growth in key regions. Establish and track KPIs to measure and improve marketing performance. Work across multiple teams to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics. Build and maintain relationships with partners and potential external stakeholders. Requires strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills, proven success in project delivery, and excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English. A deep understanding of the Indonesian gaming industry and passion for games are essential.

Job Description

Develop and execute campaign strategies for both product and marketing area, and work with multiple game teams and partners to ensure the project growth in key regions
Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent measurement in order to improve marketing performance an related KPIs
Work across multi-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support and analytics
Liaise and develop relationships with partners and potential external stakeholders

Job Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous
Having 1 - 4 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm or strategic planning functions
Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
