Student Position: Project Management Support (f/m/d)

We are looking for a student (f/m/d), studying at a university in the greater area of Gratkorn/Graz. In this position you will support NXP's Competence Center Crypto & Security, part of the NXP CTO organization, which is the industry leader in security know how. This business unit provides security IP and support functions related to Cybersecurity to all NXP business lines. You will gain hands-on experience in an international, innovative high-tech company and get the opportunity to learn and develop your professional skills. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Updating project and resource plans in the NXP planning and time writing tool Sciforma

• Creation of PowerBI dashboards and working with SQL databases

• Monitoring and reporting of planned versus actual data 

• Handling and driving collaborative resolution of data inconsistencies

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies in Information and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Data Management or similar

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Knowledge about PowerQuery, PowerBI and SQL databases is an advantage

• Knowledge about software development in C#, Java, Python or similar would be an asset

• Fluent English skills (conversation and writing)

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Flexibility, accuracy and analytic capabilities

• Structured way of working

• Want to work in an international company and with a global team

• Availability about 10-20 hours per week

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 17- gross/hour.
