Job Description
The Studio Production Assistant will support all aspects of production in a live streaming broadcast environment. The responsibilities include operating teleprompters, assisting with set construction and procurement team, maintaining the appearance of studios, providing assistance to the set design/art department/procurement teams as necessary, assisting the directors and crew as needed, and running errands. This is a fully on-site position on a temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis.
Must have:
- Operate teleprompter in control room.
- Move and handle props and sets.
- Construct, maintain, install, and operate props.
- Maintain studio appearance.
- Assist the set design/art department.
- Assist procurement team with product returns.
Good to have:
- General knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
- Working knowledge of television newscast equipment and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Skill to create creative content with little direction.
- Demonstrate good creative instincts/judgment.

We are Looking for:
The Studio Production Assistant will support all aspects of production in a live streaming broadcast environment. You will operate teleprompters, assist with set construction and procurement team. Must have an excellent attitude and a knack for picking up new skills. This is a fully on-site position on a temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate teleprompter in control room for studio talent.
- Move and handle props and sets during productions.
- Construction, maintenance, installation and operation of props, sets and other production elements.
- Maintain the appearance of studios, including cleaning of the set and floors.
- Provides assistance to the set design/art department/procurement teams as necessary.
- Assist procurement team with product returns and donations.
- Assist the directors and crew as needed.
- Run errands in a local radius.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-3 years production experience or relevant degree required.
- Preferred: general knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
- Working knowledge of television newscast equipment and software (videography experience helpful)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and skill to create creative content with little direction when needed.
- Demonstrate good creative instincts/judgment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position $20-$25.
