Job Description

Whalar is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in creator marketing, social media strategy, campaign execution, and client relations. The intern will research influencers, support marketing material creation, assist in influencer marketing campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and stay updated on industry trends. Administrative tasks like organizing files and scheduling meetings will also be expected. The role requires a self-starter with a keen interest in digital marketing and creator partnerships.
Must have:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creator marketing, social media strategy, campaign execution, and client relations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, and has a keen interest in digital marketing and creator partnerships.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Research and identify influencers and creators for brand collaborations.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Assist in content review, feedback and launch
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.) alongside emerging platforms  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
