Job Description
This summer research internship offers a chance to contribute to mission-critical projects using large-scale GPUs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing innovative generative AI features, collaborating with Research and Product teams to fine-tune models (dataset creation, model optimization, and evaluation), and building tools to evaluate model performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong Python and PyTorch skills, experience with visual AI technologies (diffusion models and Transformers), and a passion for multimodal generative AI. The internship is located in Palo Alto, CA.

Main responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative generative AI features for integration into our products.
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to fine-tune models, including tasks like dataset creation, model optimization, and evaluation.
- Build tools and methodologies to evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement robust solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python with substantial experience using PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with visual AI technologies, including diffusion models and Transformers (experience can stem from professional, academic, or open-source projects such as Stable Diffusion).
- Passion for exploring and experimenting with multimodal generative AI, and familiarity with recent advancements in the field, along with creative ideas for applying research to products.
