The job is located in Amiens, France, with the possibility of working remotely two days a week.
Must have:
  • Experience in Quality or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Read plans, understand machining, sheet metal, and foundry processes.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
Good to have:
  • Certification in welding (IWE)

Wabtec Hauts-de-France est spécialisée dans l’ingénierie, la production et les services liés aux systèmes de freinage, de ventilation et de chauffage des trains. Nous rejoindre, c'est intégrer une structure dynamique à taille humaine. Nous recrutons un Ingénieur Qualité fournisseurs (H./F.) en CDI pour rejoindre nos équipes passionnées et engagées. Au sein de la direction Qualité, vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter les fournisseurs sur tous les aspects liés à la qualité.

Localisation : Amiens (possibilité de télétravailler deux jours par semaine)

A l’externe : Les fournisseurs

En interne : la direction Qualité, les équipes ingénierie et production

Comment allez-vous faire la différence à ce poste ?

Vous serez chargé(e) :

- de qualifier auprès des fournisseurs les nouvelles pièces,

- en cas de non-conformité, de piloter un plan d’action robuste pour y remédier (méthode 8D),

- de réaliser les audits,

- d’assister les équipes production, approvisionnements, achats et qualité Clients

Ce que nous aimerions retrouver chez vous ?

Goût prononcé pour la qualité et la production

Formation : études supérieures à dominante mécanique.

Séniorité : 3 ans d’expérience au minimum. Profils davantage expérimentés bienvenus.

Expérience requise : en Qualité (fournisseurs/projets/production ou client) ou en ingénierie mécanique.

Secteur : Industrie (automobile, aéronautique, agricole, militaire, …)

Compétences techniques : lecture de plan, processus d’usinage, de tôlerie et de fonderie. Une certification en soudage (IWE) serait un réel atout.

Compétences non techniques : établir et maintenir de bonnes relations internes et externes à l’entreprise, leadership pour amener les fournisseurs à exécuter les actions attendues.

Compétences spécifiques : audits fournisseurs et méthodes de résolution de problèmes.

Niveau d’anglais professionnel.

Autorisation à travailler dans l’UE requise.
