The Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team seeks a skilled Energy Management Operations Specialist to minimize environmental impact and boost operational efficiency. This facility operations role involves managing and optimizing energy performance, conducting energy assessments, implementing energy-saving measures, ensuring ISO compliance, and reducing energy consumption across the portfolio. Responsibilities include managing ISO certification documentation, conducting facility energy assessments, implementing energy-saving measures, monitoring energy performance, preparing for ISO audits, maintaining the Energy Management System (EMS), coordinating staff training on energy management and ISO compliance, developing strategies to optimize energy performance, and managing risks related to certifications and energy management legislation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, project planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of energy management systems and energy efficiency technologies.

What You’ll Do

Manage documentation related to ISO certification and ensure compliance with ISO standards, with a focus on facility operations
Conduct facility energy assessments, including inventory analysis, to identify areas for energy efficiency improvements
Help implementing energy-saving measures on site, using strong communication and project planning skills to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor energy performance, both in terms of ISO implementation and broader energy management, to identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare for the ISO audit and maintain the Energy Management System (EMS)
Coordinate training on a facility level to ensure that all staff are aware of and understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to energy management and ISO compliance
Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy performance and reduce energy consumption, using data analysis and forecasting to inform decision making
Risk management related to certifications and upcoming energy management legislations
